Objectif et politique d’investissement

The objective of the sub-fund is to maximise the return on the investment on the international equity markets.

The investment policy takes into account the principles of risk spreading by means of a large diversification of investments, an in-depth portfolio construction process and a high level of flexibility and reactivity of investment decisions.

Under normal market circumstances, the sub-fund invests the majority of its total assets in equities of liquid and high quality companies.

Investors who plan to maintain their investment over the long term (more than 5 years).

Instruments financiers et limites intrinsèques

The sub-fund Alpha Performance is exposed to:

  • Equities : under normal market circumstances, the sub-fund net assets is invested in liquid and quality equity securities of companies domiciled in or carrying out the majority of their business activities in OCDE countries.
  • Debt securities :although it is not part of the core strategy of the sub-fund, the manager of the sub-fund may, under exceptional market circumstances and for the sole purpose of protecting the portfolio value, invest up to 100% of the net asset in cash, cash equivalents, high investment grade government debt and high investment grade corporate bonds denominated in any OCDE currencies.
  • Currencies : Under normal market circumstances, the sub-fund maintains the majority of the investments in OCDE denominated currency securities. The sub-fund may however use currencies other than the sub-fund valuation currency for exposure or hedging purposes.
  • Derivatives : The sub-fund uses futures or options (equities, interest rates, currencies, etc.) traded on regulated or OTC markets in order to generate exposure or hedge the portfolio. The interest rate and equity derivatives markets may only be used to generate leverage amounting to a maximum of 100% of the sub-fund assets.
  • The sub-fund may not invest more than 10% of its net assets in units or shares of UCITS.
