Pure Capital S.A. obtains AIFM license for Infrastructure Funds Bernard Pons, Co-Founder, Head of Management Company for Third Party Services & Conducting Officer of the Permanent Risk Management Function , 2023-05-11

Pure Capital S.A. widens its Alternative Investment Fund Manager license for a new asset type i.e. Infrastructure Funds.

Pure Capital S.A. is delighted to inform that it has been granted the AIF extension for Infrastructure Funds by the CSSF. This completes the set of licenses already obtained by Pure Capital S.A. who enacts the role as ‘Super-Manco’ (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Fund of Funds, Equity and Fixed Income, Private Debt and Infrastructure).

Pure Capital S.A. is one of the few remaining independent and privately held Luxembourg based Management Companies. Pure Capital S.A. is fully regulated under chapter 15 of the UCITS legislation as well as under the 2013 AIFM Directive, providing management company services to both UCITS and alternative funds. Pure Capital S.A. employs around 80 investment professionals based in Luxembourg and in Belgium through its local branch. Pure Capital S.A. is also active in providing services of wealth management to professional and non-professional clients along with discretionary portfolio management services. The company serves an internationally located client base.
