Pure Capital is further looking to expand its team with a Senior Fund Legal Officer. Your role would include a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects.

Your missions

• Act as a Senior Fund Legal Officer for the Management Company Services for existing clients, new business and prospects;
• Be in charge of the settlement, review and coordination of the legal documentations linked to the investment fund activity : issuing document as prospectus, article of incorporation, etc., but also agreements with related counterparties, etc.;
• Be in charge of the relation with the financial authorities (CSSF, FSMA, etc.);
• Be in charge of the legal documentations and opinion for the investment fund activity during the life of the fund: reviewing and drafting of purchase agreements, legal opinion on specific deals, etc., especially in the context of Alternative Investment Fund;
• Assist clients at the board members’ level;
• Assist the clients with the incorporation of various legal types of companies and partnerships;
• Draft and maintain relevant procedures and processes up to date in the context of the investment fund activity;
• Liaise and coordinate with notaries, Luxembourg administrations and legal counsels;
• Liaise with the Chief Compliance Officer.

Your profile

• You hold a university degree in Law or similar professional qualification;
• Relevant experience of minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar job position is required;
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Luxembourg Company and Investment Fund Laws and companies regulatory requirements;
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Discrete and tactful;
• Ability to work independently;
• You are a role model demonstrating appropriate office conduct and aptitude to work in a structured manner;
• Strong commitment to client service excellence.
